Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s on the way.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout for select regions. Standard delivery is 5–10 business days.

How much flooring do I need to order?

Measure the total area of your space in square metres and add 10% for wastage and cuts. Our team can help if you're unsure — just get in touch.

What flooring types do you carry?

We carry Engineered Hardwood, Luxury Vinyl Plank, Carpet Tile, and Tiling — available in a wide range of colours, grades, and collections.

Is your flooring suitable for underfloor heating?

Yes. Our Luxury Vinyl and Engineered Hardwood ranges are compatible with radiant heat systems. Always check individual product specifications for temperature tolerances.

Can I install the flooring myself?

Many of our products are designed for straightforward installation including click-lock and loose lay systems. We recommend consulting a professional installer for best results.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. We strongly recommend ordering physical samples before purchasing. Contact us at info@atlasflooringsolutions.com to request samples

How do I care for my floor?

Sweep or vacuum regularly. Clean with a damp mop using a pH-neutral cleaner appropriate for your floor type. Avoid excessive moisture on timber floors.
